How do I book a Mass intention?
Open the app and select Book Mass from the home screen or the menu. Choose your intention type, preferred date, and complete payment securely through the app.
Is it safe to give a donation through the app?
Yes. All donations are processed through Paystack, a licensed payment provider used widely across Nigeria. Your card details are never stored by the app.
I made a payment but it isn't showing in the app. What do I do?
This is usually a brief delay in confirmation. If your booking or donation still hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, email us at stcharlesapp@gmail.com with your payment reference or receipt, and we'll confirm it manually.
How do I watch the live stream?
Select Live Stream from the menu during a scheduled service. If nothing is playing, check the Mass Times & Info section for the current schedule.
The app isn't working properly. How do I report a problem?
Email us at stcharlesapp@gmail.com with your device type (e.g. iPhone 13), what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one — that helps us fix it faster.
